Job description

Customer Service Representative

Full Time • Scottsdale

This person will work closely with the General Manager and team members to deliver exceptional client service. The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) include interacting with current and prospective clients to provide a positive customer experience, monitoring requests for quotes or information, and ensuring timely responses. The CSR will prepare and send quotes, track order statuses from start to finish, and communicate internally and externally to meet client expectations. Additional duties may involve managing shipments, processing invoices, receiving payments, entering data into company software, and interacting with external vendors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients via phone and in person at the studio
  • Meeting with clients to explain products and services
  • Maintaining client relationships and regular contact
  • Updating and managing the Company CRM database
  • Preparing and delivering quotes
  • Arranging for delivery of finished goods
  • Sending invoices and processing payments
  • Following up on Accounts Receivable
  • Tracking outsourced activities for the Monthly Royalty report

Skills Required:

  • Outgoing, friendly personality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High School diploma or higher

Ideal candidates will also possess:

  • Familiarity with Printing Terminology
  • Basic understanding of CoreBridge CRM or other Production Workflow Software
  • Curiosity about sales and strong relationship-building skills
  • Adaptability in sales style and excellent listening skills
  • Motivation, professionalism, confidence, and a proactive attitude
  • At least 1 year of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
