Job summary

Crash Champions in San Jose, CA is seeking a friendly, organized receptionist/administrator to greet customers, answer calls, and support managers and service advisors. You will help manage walk-in traffic, respond to emails, and keep the front office running smoothly.

This full-time role offers pay from $18.45 to $25.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with match, and paid holidays. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence; direct to appropriate person/department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables/payables and enter information into accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
