Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for a front-line support role in Glenview, IL. You will greet customers, manage calls and correspondence, and provide clerical support to leadership while helping keep the shop's operations smooth.

You will balance customer service with administrative tasks, including receivables/payables and data entry, in a fast-paced environment with competitive benefits and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all customers promptly and professionally.
• Keep workspace clean as first point of contact with the facility.
• Effectively manage incoming calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence and direct to appropriate person or dept.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
