Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing, founder-led MSO of high-quality collision repair with 650+ locations nationwide. The role involves greeting customers, managing calls and walk-ins, and providing admin support to GMs and service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence; route to appropriate person/department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and data entry into accounting systems and spreadsheets; balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and direct such matters to the appropriate person or department.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system and various spreadsheets and balance month end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
