Job summary

Crash Champions in Michigan is seeking an organized administrative professional to welcome customers and manage clerical tasks for the General Managers and Service Advisors. You will handle calls, walk-in traffic, and correspondence with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, data entry into accounting systems and various spreadsheets, balance month-end statements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clean workspace, this is the first point of contact our customers have with our facility.
