Job summary

Ultradent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-house sales team. This remote role requires you to come to headquarters for live trainings, with a shift Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Compensation is $22.25/hour, and local candidates in the Salt Lake Valley are prioritized.

The role focuses on handling high volume calls, educating customers on products, and supporting the outside sales force while aiming for sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of phone sales experience is ideal.
• Dental industry background is a plus.
• Must be driven to meet company sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Are you a Customer Service Representative looking to join an in-house sales team who sells award-winning products nationwide? Ultradent, a global name in oral health care, is a good place for you! We are currently seeking experienced, talented Customer Service Representative to work remotely (but will be required to come to headquarters for live trainings) for our in-house customer service team. The shift will be Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Compensation for this position is $22.25/hour.
