Job summary

Jobtailor in Saint Augustine, FL is hiring for a U-Haul Customer Service/Operations Associate. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services, manage rentals with U-Scan, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and help educate customers about offerings.

You will also prepare invoices, handle equipment returns, install hitches and wiring, fill propane, and participate in U-Haul University training.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers in various settings including U-Haul centers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving for product inquiries.
• Documentation and invoicing accuracy.
