K&M Tire is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative for our Richmond, VA location. This role serves as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and supports day-to-day counter operations, delivery coordination, and general office tasks.

You will greet customers, verify orders for pickup, and coordinate hotshot deliveries while maintaining a professional front office. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in the tire, automotive, or distribution industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a smooth and professional pickup experience
• Verify and process orders for customer pickup
• Maintain and coordinate the hotshot delivery program, ensuring timely dispatch and tracking of orders
• Answer phones and route calls as needed
• Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and order documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are pulled and ready for pickup or delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter/front office area
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

We distribute tires across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia, with locations in Hickory NC, Raleigh NC, Greenville NC, Richmond VA, and Walterboro SC.
