Job summary

K & M Tire is seeking a local route delivery driver for our Greenville, NC location. This in-person role involves delivering tires to customers, unloading shipments, and signing paperwork.

The position is Monday through Friday during the day, with forklift or picker duties as needed and CDL not required for our box trucks. Candidates should be comfortable with manual lifting (25–75 lbs) and pass background checks with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Experience driving local routes and delivering orders.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass background checks are required.
• Basic English communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers in Greenville/Jacksonville/New Bern areas.
• Assist in unloading inbound trailer loads of tires when needed.
• Record signatures on paperwork and handle returns as required.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and operate forklift or picker as needed.

Founded in 1985, We are an independent family-owned wholesale tire distributor serving tire dealers in 5 states. We have 5 wholesale distribution warehouses;

Hickory NC, Richmond VA, Walterboro SC, Raleigh NC, and Greenville NC

This is a local route delivery driver position in the wholesale tire distribution industry for our southeastern Wholesale Tire location in Greenville NC.

We are seeking a energetic person eager to work as a local delivery driver. Our shift is Monday - Friday day shift. Drivers also assist in unloading of inbound trailer loads of tires when needed.

This position consists of delivering orders to customers in the Greenville/Jacksonville/New Bern areas. Delivery includes unloading of tires and a signature on paperwork from customer. Occasionally, a driver may have to load up and bring back returns. This position does require physical labor including lifting of 25 - 75lbs. When working in the warehouse, use of forklift or picker will be necessary as well. Forklift and or delivery experience would be beneficial. Drivers could be driving a pickup truck or a box truck. CDL is not required for our box trucks.

Customer service is the core fundamental for this role!
