This position plays a key role in supporting daily customer operations, growing sales within existing accounts, and building strong relationships with both current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with product availability, pricing, and order placement
• Provide outstanding daily customer service and build long-term customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Support sales growth through proactive account management and relationship development
• Monitor customer buying trends and communicate opportunities
• Visit customer locations periodically to strengthen relationships and support business growth
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
