Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch service to customers and staff.

The role entails handling phone, in-person, and written communications, with training on drywall building materials provided to ensure product knowledge and excellent customer interactions. Position Summary The primary function of a customer service representative is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers and employees. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Training on product knowledge of building materials for the drywall industry will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional phone, face-to-face, and written customer communications.
• Greet customers and determine problems, orders, or reasons for calling.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Remain in a stationary position in an office environment approximately 70% of the time.
