Job summary

Aston Carter in Reno, NV is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support the Customer Service Supervisor in daily tasks, including creating and issuing invoices, initiating billing cycles and verifying charges.

You will provide excellent customer service by phone and email, generate freight quotes following company policies, and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Efficient in MS Office, especially email for communicating with customers.
• One year of business billing experience is nice to have.
• Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
