Job summary

Security Finance in Portland, TX is seeking a customer service representative to handle incoming calls and support loan applications. You will maintain cash accuracy, assist customers, and help drive loan success with professional communication.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred.
• Ability to be working on the phone for the majority of the day.
• Schedule varies by location; Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays may be required.
