Responsibilities

• Process Orders – Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels.
• Accuracy Review – Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness; follow up promptly on discrepancies.
• Warehouse Collaboration – Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless fulfillment, inventory status, and special cold‑storage requirements.
• Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Audit and Discrepancy Resolution – Regularly audit systems and reports, take corrective action to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
