EPIC Fitness Group dba Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perrysburg, Ohio. You will greet members and guests, provide a superior level of service, and help create the welcoming, judgment-free environment our members expect.

Responsibilities include answering phones, signing up new members, giving tours, logging amenities, and communicating updates and billing issues.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or background is preferred.
• Ability to greet and assist members and guests with a friendly, helpful manner.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
