Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, sign up new members, and ensure a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

You will perform front desk duties, assist with tours, process sign-ups, log amenities, handle billing updates, and maintain a clean facility.

This position offers a set schedule, night-shift premium, and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and a free Black Card membership.

Responsibilities

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and making members feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• The customer service representative will check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
