EPIC Fitness Group dba Planet Fitness in Lake Orion, Michigan, seeks a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests, assist with questions, sign up new members, and help maintain a clean, inviting club environment.

You will work to deliver an exceptional Judgement Free experience, with a $1/hour premium for night shifts (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and a robust benefits package including health, retirement, and employee perks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and make members feel welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with various questions.
• Check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and relay updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• The customer service representative will check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
