Job summary

Stone Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL to assist customers over the phone and in person at the branch.

Responsibilities include answering calls, entering orders, ensuring pricing accuracy, coordinating deliveries, and supporting sales and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with strong time-management and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and order-entry systems.

• Answering incoming calls and assisting walk-in customers
• Communicating delivery information and changes to customers
• Entering orders and quotes electronically and promptly
• Ensuring the accuracy of pricing and quantities for orders and quotes
• Preparing delivery tickets and establishing lead times for orders
• Coordinating truck for on-time delivery of materials
• Making sales calls to current and prospective customers
• Coordinating with the sales team to fill light truckloads with additional materials
• Recording and auditing customer issues and concerns
• Inventory control
• Assisting with various administrative and accounting duties as assigned
