JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer and support patients with issues regarding hearing aid products
- Troubleshoot Bluetooth technology and wifi/connectivity issues
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Direct calls as appropriate to correct department or individual within company.
- Effectively meet all defined metrics regarding talk time and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customer to provide a high quality experience
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
