Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation (DMC) is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, FL. You will be the main contact for customers, handling product information, quotes, orders, and inquiries to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, and delivering timely service in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with on-site work hours 8:00am–5:00pm

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of phone-based customer support experience with strong active listening skills.
• Minimum 1 year of order processing experience from customer purchase orders.
• Understanding of inventory and shipping practices.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

What Value This Role Will Bring

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for DMC customers by providing product information, processing orders and quotes, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour
