Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the growth of our Central Florida operation. The CSR helps create a positive customer experience by assisting homeowners, scheduling services, answering questions, and helping resolve concerns.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in high-volume customer service or call center preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage high-volume customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Make outbound calls to customers as needed for scheduling, follow-up, confirmations, and service-related needs.
• Provide accurate information regarding ABC products, services, and solutions.
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, appointments, billing, and account information.
• Listen to customer concerns and work toward effective resolutions.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and service details within the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been addressed and expectations are met.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and other internal departments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established procedures.
• Meet department goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services when appropriate.
• Protect customer information and follow company policies and procedures.

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support the continued growth of our Central Florida operation. The CSR plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by assisting homeowners, scheduling services, answering questions, and helping resolve customer concerns.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus and may qualify for additional bilingual pay.
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and established processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Reliable transportation to the ABC office
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

Education Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to carry up to 10 pounds occasionally
• Sit and work at a computer for extended periods
• Sedentary work
• Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of wrist, hands, and/or fingers
• Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures: transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
• Frequently required to work in various indoor and outdoor environments while safely performing the essential functions of the position
