Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join the telecommunications team for the largest Oklahoma‑owned health systems in Oklahoma City, OK. This person will be cross‑trained on customer service phone operations, as well as tele‑sitting virtual patient monitoring systems, which this person will be rotating between. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and compassion when communicating with patients and caregivers. Please keep in mind that this is a hospital system and is open 24/7. This role will require great attendance and punctuality even on weekends and holidays as needed. Other responsibilities include:

• Answer phones and route the calls to the appropriate recipient.
• Oversee the virtual tele‑sitting system which ensures that at‑risk patients are being properly monitored.
• Handle sensitive cases and situations with compassion and discretion.
• Having great attendance and punctuality is a must.

Compensation:

$18/hr to $20/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
