Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Customer Service Rep for the weekend day shift (Fri–Sun, 6am–6pm). Pay is $21.50/hour plus a $2.00 weekend shift premium, with attendance bonuses.

The role involves dispatching, warehouse coordination, and strong communication via phone and email to resolve customer issues. Requirements include a high school diploma and up to 12 months of warehouse/data entry experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and any WMS system is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Position: Customer Service Rep

• Strong comminication via email and over the phone.

Role Purpose

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
