WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Customer Care Agent to handle a high volume of incoming calls, navigate several systems, and help customers resolve questions and issues. You will communicate in a professional, conversational manner, staying calm in a fast-paced environment and putting customers at the center of every interaction.
