Super Service Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is seeking a friendly Customer Experience Specialist (CSR) for an in-office, full-time role. The position offers hourly pay between $16 and $19 DOE and requires weekend availability. Training is provided, no prior HVAC or plumbing experience is necessary.

You will handle calls, schedule and confirm service appointments, and support customers from first contact through service completion while coordinating with dispatch and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service from the first call through completion
• Communicate with dispatchers, technicians, and management regarding customer needs
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, memberships, and service
• Accurately enter and update customer information
• Help resolve customer concerns and lift issues when necessary
• Assist with online leads and customer inquiries
• Meet individual and team booking and customer service goals
