Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Naperville, IL for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role requires an individual who can handle a variety of customer service tasks efficiently.
