Job summary

Skyservice is seeking a dedicated customer service and operations support team member to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, coordinate services, and assist clients in a fast-paced airport environment. The role emphasizes communication, multitasking, and professional client interactions.

The successful candidate will handle invoicing, data entry, and payment follow-ups while maintaining a high standard of service according to Skyservice's policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills necessary for daily tasks.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times.
• Weekend availability and potential overtime during peak seasons.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks required to obtain airport pass.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards service to customers in accordance with Skyservice's philosophy; ensure courteous arrivals and departures.
• Coordinate communication between customers, line-service crew and staff.
• Arrange fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain Aircraft Entry Log and inform lineservice crew of updates.
• Answer general phone lines and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Process digital forms for new clients and promote additional services.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and clients.
• Collect overdue payments and arrange payment plans as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high standards service to customers in accordance with Skyservice Business Aviation's philosophy, ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of customers;
• Ensure communication and coordination between customers, lineservice crew and staff;
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel booking and reservations;
• Maintain, monitor and update the Aircraft Entry Log and advise the lineservice crew accordingly;
• Answer the general number phone lines and forward calls to the the appropriate person;
• Fill out digital forms for new clients and actively promote additional aircraft services and products;
• Respond to customer email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner;
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for various vendors and customers;
• Contact clients about unpaid or overdue accounts and attempt to collect or make the appropriate payment arrangements; update account information if a payment is made;
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma/GED required;
