Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation seeks a customer service oriented individual to provide high-standard service to arriving and departing customers. You will coordinate between customers, lineservice crew and staff, manage bookings and reservations, and handle daily invoicing and communications.

Role requires strong communication, multitasking ability, and a professional demeanor. Weekend availability and compliance with pre-employment checks are required to obtain airport access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Aviation experience preferred, but not required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• Weekend availability and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and background checks for airport access.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards service to customers as per Skyservice Business Aviation's philosophy.
• Ensure communication and coordination between customers, lineservice crew and staff.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain and update the Aircraft Entry Log and advise lineservice crew.
• Answer general phone lines and direct to appropriate person.
• Fill out digital forms and promote additional aircraft services and products.
• Respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and customers.
• Contact clients about unpaid accounts and arrange payment terms; update account info as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high standards service to customers in accordance with Skyservice Business Aviation's philosophy, ensure efficient and courteous arrivals and departures of customers;
• Ensure communication and coordination between customers, lineservice crew and staff;
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel booking and reservations;
• Maintain, monitor and update the Aircraft Entry Log and advise the lineservice crew accordingly;
• Answer the general number phone lines and forward calls to the the appropriate person;
• Fill out digital forms for new clients and actively promote additional aircraft services and products;
• Respond to customer email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner;
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for various vendors and customers;
• Contact clients about unpaid or overdue accounts and attempt to collect or make the appropriate payment arrangements; update account information if a payment is made;
• Other duties as assigned.
