Job summary

Skyservice Napa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide courteous, professional service to customers and coordinate with lineservice crews and staff in a fast-paced aviation environment.

You will handle phone lines, emails, invoicing, and account follow-ups while maintaining logs and ensuring accurate data entry. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with weekend availability and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple callers and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards service to customers in accordance with Skyservice Business Aviation's philosophy.
• Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings and reservations.
• Maintain Aircraft Entry Log and advise lineservice crew accordingly.
• Answer general phone lines and forward calls to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Complete daily invoicing and data entry for vendors and customers.
• Assist with unpaid or overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
