Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Operations -TX Rendering Division

Location: Mt. Pleasant , TX

Reports to: Terminal Manager

Shift Time : Monday through Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Hours may change depending on task completion and driver or customer needs )

Position Summary

The Customer Service & Operations Coordinator supports logistics and transportation functions by managing customer communication, entering weekly billing, entering weekly driver payroll , and documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain payroll and billing documents and submit them weekly
• Working in TMW to ensure trips are completed correctly

Additional Responsibilities

• Support logistics and operations teams with various tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
