You will review and process orders, enter data into systems, respond to inquiries, and assist with pricing and credits as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, administrative, order entry, or client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, professional emails with strong grammar and spelling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with different customers and personalities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with email and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order-entry systems preferred.
• MFG/Pro experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn company products, processes, and order-entry procedures.
• Experience operating standard office equipment and multi-line phone systems preferred.

Responsibilities
