Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Mississippi is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to greet members, prospective members, and guests, and ensure they receive top-notch service. This part-time, hourly role supports membership inquiries, account updates, and a smooth club experience.

You will handle phone inquiries, maintain stocked retail, operate the POS system, and help keep the club clean and welcoming. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification, and strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service - 1 year (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification (required).
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional attitude.
• Upbeat and positive personality.
• Efficient and effective communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members’ accounts.
• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking.
