Job summary

LeanTeq, a subsidiary of Enpro, is hiring in Milpitas, CA. Join a fast-paced semiconductor support team focused on order tracking, customer communication, and data-driven improvements.

You will work with shipping, production, and sales to provide quotes, reports, and timely updates to customers in a clean-room context. The role requires a degree and 3–5 years of detailed customer servicing experience, strong written and verbal skills, and a disciplined, quality-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of fast-paced customer service experience.
• Strong instruction-following ability, detail orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with chemistry/clean-room environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track order status with customers and manage expectations.
• Collect feedback and make improvement recommendations.
• Provide quotes and reports to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain data to guide decision making using online systems.

Job description Great opportunity to join the semiconductor industry! We are a Silicon Valley company that uses chemistry in a clean room environment to support the development of manufacturing in the semiconductor industry. We are also a part of a publicly listed company with multiple entities on the West Coast and so there is plenty of growth opportunity both within our company and in our group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with customers to track the status of their orders and manages expectations
• Collects feedback and makes recommendations for improvement
• Provide quote and reports to customers.
• Work with internal team to drive issues to resolutions.
• Maestro of online systems and processes, building data to guide good decisions
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Prefer you to have associate or bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of fast paced detailed people servicing experience
• Must have demonstrated ability in following instructions, be highly detail oriented and have excellent communication skills
• Must have pride in his or her work, be self-driven and have a keen quality orientation
• A working knowledge of chemistry and clean room environment is a plus

Interaction with Other Employees:

• Works hand-in-hand with the shipping and receiving, day to day interaction with production employees

These considerations can cause offered compensation to vary. The hiring range for this position is typically $26.00 - $28.00 per hour. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Bonus,gainshare, and/or equitymay be eligible for this position.
