Job summary

Accendra Health is seeking a customer service representative to review and process orders, make outbound calls to patients and referrals, and assist in order entry using multiple platforms. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
• Demonstrate soft skills to enhance patient experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is $20 hourly.

Core Responsibilities Review and Process orders via fax and electronic platforms Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed Utilize tools and resources to assist in order entry Use full product knowledge of Byram therapies to service patients Communicate effectively with patients, teammates healthcare professionals and sales team. Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Perform other duties as required

Summary The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.
