Neffsville Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team in Lancaster, PA. You will be the first voice our customers hear, connecting homeowners with technicians to address plumbing and HVAC needs.

Expect a busy phone environment with emphasis on accuracy and friendly service. The role requires 1–2+ years in call centers or high-volume customer service, with weekend day shifts rotating and evenings on a rotating basis.

Our Customer Service Representatives play an important role in keeping our operation moving.

You connect homeowners with the technicians who can solve their plumbing and HVAC needs.

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Schedule residential plumbing and HVAC service appointments
• Make outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionListen carefully to customers and determine their service needs
• Maintain accurate and timely customer records
• Communicate with dispatch and management to support daily operations
• Provide a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience
• Help keep the schedule running efficiently and effectively
• 1-2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Experience with appointment setting, scheduling, dispatch, or inbound/outbound calling is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling multiple calls and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help others
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher a plus

Day-shift weekends required on a rotating basis
