Job summary

Million Air powered by Freeman Holdings Group is seeking a customer-focused associate for evening and weekend shifts at our luxury service location. You will greet clients, assist pilots and passengers, coordinate reservations, and manage invoicing for services rendered.

A clean driving record and the ability to work in a fast-paced, premium environment are required. The role emphasizes personal service excellence, strong communication, and teamwork with the line service staff to exceed guest

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Clear communication with customers, teammates and pilots.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Basic math skills for invoicing and transactions.
• Valid driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including reservations.
• Invoice for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Collaborate with line service team to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain neat front desk, lobby, and FBO amenities.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
• Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectation
• Maintain neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities

Competencies

• Customer focus- naturally outgoing/extroverted
• Communicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communications
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft office products and point of sale programs
• Basic mathematical knowledge
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Company insurance policy (Requires clean driving record)

Pay

Starting at $15.00/hr

• Must be able to lift 10 pounds
• Stand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customers

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a non-exempt position.

The open position is for evenings and one weekend day each week. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Travel

No travel is expected for this position.

Education, Experience, And Eligibility Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferably in the service industry
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Entry level position
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Zero tolerance drug free employer includes pre-employment and random screening
