Job description

The Customer Service Associate will assist our walk-in customers directly and coordinate closely with our outside sales force, drivers, and warehouse personnel to meet our customers' needs in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include providing counter sales, phone assistance, and other support to our customers. This role offers an opportunity to learn about our products and develop a career in sales or management within our industry.

Qualifications:

• Experience assisting customers with purchasing needs, either walk-ins or over the phone.
• Interest in developing new sales opportunities through calls to potential customers.
• Intermediate computer skills to enter sales orders and transactions into company software.
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude aligned with the "Make Money and Have Fun!" culture.
• Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks and a pre-employment drug test.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
