About The Job

Nazdar SourceOne is actively seeking to fill an open position for a remote Customer Service Representative. Our Customer Service team provides world-class service by striving to consistently delight our customers and provide them with quality experiences. As a CSR, you will handle inquiries related to pricing, availability, product recommendations, order processing, follow-up, and technical assistance for our printing customers across North America. Successful individuals will have a passion for customer service, strong multi-tasking skills, and experience in an inbound call center environment.

Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Answer inbound calls and engage with customers, asking clarifying questions to understand their needs.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for customer and sales inquiries.
  3. Access and update customer information in CRM software, resolving issues, recording preferences, and processing transactions.
  4. Handle requests for orders, quotes, and product information received via various channels.
  5. Enhance customer experience through upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
  6. Troubleshoot basic technical problems by phone.
  7. Aim for one-call resolution and provide prompt follow-up.
  8. Utilize resources and technology to research and resolve issues.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and self-development to stay updated.
  10. Identify trends in customer calls and alert supervisors.
  11. Suggest process improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
  12. Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  13. Meet attendance, schedule adherence, quality, and productivity goals.
  14. Assist with additional duties as directed by supervisors.
  15. Adhere to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Qualifications And Skills
  1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  3. Experience with ERP or CRM systems; ability to learn new systems.
  4. Three to five years of superior customer service experience in an inbound call center.
  5. Quick learner of new technology and tasks.
  6. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  7. Experience in a printing environment is a plus.
  8. Understanding of printing products to offer suitable alternatives when necessary.
