Job Summary
The Customer Services Representative is responsible for helping individuals and families improve their financial security through education, financial planning, and appropriate financial products. This role involves prospecting, building relationships, presenting financial solutions, and closing business with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential clients through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct a financial needs analysis to evaluate clients’ financial goals and current situation.
- Present financial solutions such as insurance, investment strategies, and debt reduction plans.
- Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies to improve long-term financial stability.
- Close sales and help clients implement recommended financial plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing service.
- Generate referrals and expand client base.
