Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lake Orion to greet members and guests and provide a welcoming, high-quality service experience. You will assist callers, check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and billing issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean front desk and facility, and upholding Planet Fitness values while contributing to a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
