Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced automotive component manufacturing facility. The role pays $24-$34/hour and runs 1st shift Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a temporary assignment through early March 2027.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, update orders in SAP, coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics, and resolve questions or delivery concerns while delivering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• SAP experience required.
• Customer service experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing role throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the day
• Respond to questions and provide updates regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability
• Enter, review, and update customer orders in SAP
• Communicate with production, shipping, logistics, and other internal departments
• Research and help resolve order or delivery concerns
• Follow up on open items to ensure customer needs are addressed
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Provide friendly, professional, and dependable customer service
• Assist with additional customer service and administrative duties as needed
