Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality).
• Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills (40+ WPM)
• Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software (we’ll train you on ours)
• Reliable transportation and a clean background check

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars
• Respond to customer questions via phone, text, and email
• Work closely with technicians to ensure appointments run smoothly
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and complete administrative tasks as needed
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Support the team with additional office responsibilities to keep daily operations running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 8am–5pm & Friday’s 8am – 4:30pm with rotating Saturday mornings 8am- 12 noon. (plenty of notice and never mandatory overtime).
