Job summary

Quality Life Solutions Water Division in Chapin, SC seeks a Service and Installation Tech to drive, install, service and support water treatment systems, including softeners, conditioners, filters, RO and UV units. The role emphasizes reliability, communication, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive and multi-task in an active working environment.
• Excellent driving record (Insurable).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Good people skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to become a Water Quality Association (WQA) Certified Installer.
• Plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to service, repair, maintain or install water treatment products.
• Accurately complete service and installation work and paperwork daily.
• Be reliable and on time for daily responsibilities.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to customers.
• Install, troubleshoot and service water treatment equipment: softeners, conditioners, filters, RO and UV systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on water treatment equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair control valves, pumps and other water-related devices.
• Keep work area and truck neat, clean, and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are a Water Treatment company that primarily installs and services water softeners, conditioners, and reverse osmosis systems. This person must be well organized, professional, and flexible, while taking great pride in a job well done. The ideal candidate must also be articulate, respectful, well groomed, customer service oriented, have an attention to detail and a desire to further build their career in a dynamic and rapidly developing industry / company with room to grow and improve professionally.
