Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, handle cashier duties, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally work with our food program. You will work in various areas inside and outside the store to maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service.

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Interact with customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills
• Ability to perform quickly while having fun
• Teamwork skills to meet daily goals
• Problem-solving and quick thinking skills

Preferred Experience and Education

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashier experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes
• Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
• Push/pull up to 20 pounds
• Bend and twist for up to one hour
• Manipulate objects with hands, possibly climbing ladders
