Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will greet members and guests, provide a superior level of service, and help maintain the clean, welcoming environment that defines our Judgement Free member experience.

In this role you will answer phones, assist callers with questions, sign up new members, and communicate updates to guests. You’ll contribute to a positive club atmosphere while supporting the health and fitness goals of our members.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service to make them feel welcomed.
• Answer phones and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check in members, give tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and relay updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Regularly clean the facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

• The customer service representative will greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• The customer service representative will check in members, provide tours of the club and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and billing issues to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Regular cleaning of entire facility, bathrooms, equipment, front desk area and amenities.
