PLS in Irving, Texas, is seeking Customer Service Representatives to be the primary point of contact for customers. CSRs are accountable for providing outstanding customer service, educating customers about products, and handling transactions while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
A successful candidate should have customer service experience in relevant industries, exceptional attention to detail, and must be able to work flexible hours. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred and will find opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS. As such, they are accountable for delivering superior customer service. They also educate customers on our company products and services. The CSR is accountable for maintaining company quality standards and complying with all policies and procedures.
