Position Overview

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They serve as the face of PLS, delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and maintaining company quality standards and compliance with all policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business
• Educating customers on our products and services
• Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
• Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling
• Using our point‑of‑sale system to access information and process transactions
• Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution
• Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment
• Performing other duties as instructed by management

Job Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred
• Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
• Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi‑task
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Honesty and integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English fluency required; English/Spanish bilingual a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
• Must be able to work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
