Job summary

Door Serv Pro in Inwood, WV is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team, where you’ll be the voice of the company handling phone, email, and chat to deliver outstanding service experiences. You’ll work across channels, think on your feet, document interactions, and identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit customers.

A 1+ year CS background and strong communication are valued; ServiceTitan familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a big plus (but not required)
• A team player who’s excited about growth and making a real impact
• High school diploma or equivalent.
