Job summary

Door Serv Pro is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Inwood, WV team. You will be the voice of the company, handling calls, emails, and chats to deliver outstanding service experiences that keep customers coming back.

You’ll work across multiple channels with empathy, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to help customers with additional services. Training and growth opportunities are available in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service role, preferably in home services or tech.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus; training provided.
• Team player excited about growth and making an impact.

Responsibilities

• Speak as the voice of Door Serv Pro across phone, email and chat.
• Deliver top‑noted service with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Coordinate across email, chat, and phone to resolve issues.
• Research solutions and provide helpful responses.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Recognize opportunities to upsell services.
• Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure seamless service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the voice of Door Serv Pro—supporting customers through phone, email, and chat while creating outstanding service experiences that keep them coming back. You’ll:

• Deliver top‑note service with a positive, empathetic, and professional approach.
• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.
• Work across multiple channels (email, chat, phone) to solve problems and provide updates.
• Think on your feet, research solutions, and provide helpful, friendly responses.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Recognize opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer.
• Work closely with technicians and team members to ensure seamless service.
• Learn our services inside and out—becoming a go-to expert.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in a customer service role (bonus points if it’s in home services or tech!)

Pay Range: $16 — $18 USD.
