Rodenhiser Home Services is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative to deliver five-star service with a calm voice and warm welcome. You will convert calls into booked appointments and coordinate with field and office teams to ensure seamless service experiences, while maintaining client data and handling outbound calls.

The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
